missingWrote a review on 03 Novcook-to-order breakfastnonfunctional elevatorbroken toilet handle
The cook-to-order breakfast was fantastic and delicious.
My experience was ruined by numerous issues. The elevator buttons were completely nonfunctional, and trying to reach the front desk early in the morning was infuriating. I shouldn't have to struggle just to leave the hotel when there are serious accessibility issues, especially for someone disabled. Additionally, the broken toilet handle made an already challenging situation worse, leading me to a desperate attempt at a workaround.

Elevator buttons not working!!! Rude guests taking over the pool area without supervision!!! Rooms need better soundproofing from external noise!!!

the bed frame was an obstacle course, absolutely ridiculous. the elevators were a ghost town, leaving me stranded at 4 am, how could they even say they're accessible? and after the chaos of other guests at the pool, i woudl ve expected a complimentary room upgrade, but no, just more disappointment. i almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn't.

Grabbed a delish cook-to-order breakfast that had my taste buds dancing, and those hot sandwiches from Potbelly? Pure bliss! Plus, the staff brought their A-game—always attentive and genuinely friendly.
The bed frame definitely had me fumbling around like a rookie when getting in and out. And the elevators? Total no-show at times, left me trying to get the front desk's attention early in the morning.
